Trivia Recap – April 10, 2017 – YpsiAlehouse

A pirates’ life for the ‘Pods! We were laid low by some rough questions about TV networks, travel, reality TV and online games in our Sporcle Live game Sunday hosted by Sporcle and Shine with Emily. One of our players, aka “mateys,” even decided to abandon ship for a bit, leaving our fearless cap’n and trusty crew mate Brad to man the ship while we waged futile battle against rough, rough questions. Argh! There isn’t enough rum in the world to drown these woes, lol! Only two qualified teams showed up to vie for a spot in the upcoming league championship – Teamy McTeamface and the Snow Spiders, with Teamy predictably earning the tournament spot. For those other teams playing in the west championship April 23? This team is GOOD. Their weaknesses seem to be very few and far between – and they managed to score a perfect score in game two against the questions that bested us! We had 62 points going into the final in game one, and a (wait for it…) measly 32 points going into game two’s final question (which of course we got correct, but had walked the plank right out of the prize zone. Don’t say we didn’t warn ye about Teamy McTeamface! They will be worthy adversaries indeed in the upcoming trivia battle April 23! Enough parley, how about some questions?
